About Us

Inspiring Healthy Lifestyles are here to inspire you.

We believe that everyone is capable of living a happier and healthier lifestyle by challenging themselves to get active and harnessing their creativity. Since 2003, we have been committed to inspiring our community to make the lifestyle choices they’ve always strived to achieve but never had the motivation or means to do so. That’s why we offer flexible memberships that people can afford.

Meet Our Board

We are proudly governed by a Board of Trustees who are experts in our communities’ areas of operation. We are a charitable organisation that puts all surplus generated back into the communities to improve the facilities and services that we offer and to benefit and add value to our communities.
