(16yrs+) Barbell Pump is a resistance based class set to fun and upbeat music. This workout is designed to tone and sculpt the whole body using low to moderate weights and high repetitions. You’ll use a barbel for most of the moves in the class and also incorporate body weight and core exercises for a full body strength and conditioning workout.
