A state-of-the-art pitch and pavilion that provides our communities with a fantastic space to enjoy the glorious game!
5’s Pavilion & Sports Ground is the perfect destination for clubs and leagues to get their game on. 5’s is the ideal place to host your upcoming event, featuring an outstanding 3G artificial grass pitch (AGP) and pavilion situated in the heart of Cannock, with a fully licenced bar and catering facilities on-site. There are also changing and shower facilities for players.
Our full-size, floodlit sports pitch is available to hire in its entirety or sections for smaller games, including 5-a-sides. We accept one-off bookings, block bookings, and league games, and the grounds can also be used as a venue for an event, such as a corporate away day or a children’s party. We can tailor to a range of requirements.
About 5’s Pavilion & Sports Ground
The grounds were once derelict for several years until Cannock Chase Council purchased the land for redevelopment. Almost a million pounds was allocated towards the redevelopment, which was formally agreed upon in 2013 during an investment programme between Cannock Chase Council and Staffordshire County Council.
An additional £390,039 was funded into the project by Sports England, and 5’s Pavilion and Sports Ground was also 1 out of 12 projects in the UK to receive lottery funding from Sports England. Overall, nearly £1.5million was identified for this project to help turn the abandoned piece of land into a place that encouraged the community to thrive, providing greater opportunities for health and wellbeing.
The redevelopment took four years to complete, and the results have been second to none. The pavilion and sports ground are modern, spacious, and scenic where many clubs and organisations get together.

5’s Pavilion and Sports Ground
Fives Pavilion and Sports Ground are conveniently located for public transport. There is also a small car park on-site available to all players.
