(16yrs+) A Low intensity exercise to music class that is as much about having a good time as improving your fitness! Perfect for beginners, or those returning to exercise, this class will ease you in with a gentle warm up, easy to follow routine and cool down. The session will improve your cardio fitness, balance and mobility. All exercises can be adapted to be chaired based if needed.
